We can help match you with the perfect Musician or Band from the Magic Music staff to suite your needs!
Pianists, Guitarists, Harpists, Violinists, Cellists, Singers, Bands, Dancers, & More!
Just name the instrument(s) and style of music you would like to have played at your next event, and we will help match you with one of our masterful and fun musicians, duos, trios, quartets, bands, or dancers to entertain you and your guests!
We charge $125.00 per musician per hour*.
Dancers start at $60.00 per hour.
Gratuity not included.
No sales tax required.
We require a one hour minimum.
After the first hour we will pro-rate the charges on a half-hour basis as needed.
*Ask us about discounts for multiple hours and/or multiple musicians or dancers.
Due to cartage, rates for Harp music are higher. Please contact us for details.
Step 1. Customer should submit a form to Magic Music including the date, time, location, address, payment guarantee information, type of event, and the instrument(s) and music genre requested. Please CLICK HERE to place your request through the service form. If you would like us to email you sample MP3 music files from our musicians so you can get a feel for their talent, please let us know!
Step 2. Magic Music will match the customer with the musician(s) requested based on availability. Magic Music will email the customer the contact information for the musician(s) and will request that the musician(s) contact the customer to set the schedule for the event and to discuss and come to an agreement regarding the music genre and song titles to be played at the event.
Step 3. Magic Music will charge the customer's credit card account after the event based on the number of hours the musician(s) performed at the event, and will email a receipt to the customer after the account has been charged. (Our charge does not include gratuity. If you wish to tip the musicians, please tip them directly).
